Bilingual Play Therapy

Play therapy can help children express their feelings and navigate challenges in a safe, supportive environment. Our play therapists use techniques such as symbolic play, creative arts, storytelling, and role-playing, tailored to each child's unique needs. Play therapy effectively supports children facing trauma, anxiety, or behavioral issues, enhancing their social skills, self-esteem, and coping mechanisms. We are dedicated to empowering your child’s emotional resilience and healthy development, ensuring they have the tools to thrive through the universal language of play. Sessions can be delivered in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.

LEARN-TO-PLAY (LTP) THERAPY

Learn to Play (LTP) Program is a program to develop the spontaneous initiation of pretend play skills of children.

Research tells us that pretend play is important for children in developing problem solving, flexible thinking, and logical sequences in their thoughts. When learn how to play, they begin to understand the play of their peers and pretend play is important for their emotional well-being.

A child’s pretend play ability is scientifically proven to be linked with their development in language, narrative understanding, creativity, social competence, emotional self-regulation and cognitive skills. Improving children’s pretend play skill can enhance their ability to understand others points of view, see beyond the literal use of objects, and impose meaning and stories within their play.

Learn to Play can be used for children with developmental delay, learning problems, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down’s syndrome, and neurological conditions.
